TruLink aluminum compressed air piping system was used to design and build the air distribution throughout this skid from GlobalVac & Air supporting both clean dry air and nitrogen delivery within a compact layout.
Its modular, lightweight design made it possible to:
- Route piping cleanly within tight skid constraints
- Assemble the system quickly without welding or threading
- Maintain consistent, leak-tight connections across all components
Because TruLink allows for fast, flexible installation, the entire skid could be assembled efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized layout that supports long-term performance.

TruLink aluminum compressed air piping system was used in this GlobalVac & Air Mobile Engineered Solution to create a clean, efficient air distribution system that could be easily integrated into a compact, self-contained setup.
Its lightweight, modular design allowed the team to:
- Install piping quickly without welding or disruption to the lab
- Route air lines cleanly through a constrained footprint
- Maintain a leak-tight system that protects air quality
Paired with an oil-free compressed air system, TruLink helped support a quiet, reliable setup that could be deployed without permanent construction.

This installation was built to support a high-demand compressed air system with three new compressors—each equipped with its own bypass, storage tank, and isolation valve. The layout allows for greater control, easier maintenance, and uninterrupted operation as system demands change.
To tie the system together, TruLink aluminum compressed air piping system in 115mm (4″) was used to handle high-volume airflow while maintaining efficiency across the entire setup. Its lightweight, modular design enabled a clean installation and ensures the system can be expanded or adjusted over time.
The result is a well-structured compressed air system that delivers consistent performance while giving operators the flexibility to manage and maintain each component independently.
